BATHTIME!!!!! 11/25/2008 - 1 week and 1 day old

Grandma Cindy loves her little grandbaby. She had to teach us how to give him a bath. It is my favorite part of the day. Little Danny is slowly starting to like it. LOL!
Our Wild Ride
We had such a roller coaster birth. With God's blessings and our families' love and support, all family members are home safe. I was admitted to the hospital on Thursday, November 13th in pre-term labor. After several days of seeing specialists and a series of tests, it was determined that I had HELLP Syndrome and the baby had to be delivered early. Daddy Dan was my rock throughout the entire event. I have a new love and respect for my wonderful husband. Our little angel Danny was delivered via cesarean on Monday morning at exactly 1:30 am. He was 4 lbs 11 oz and 17 3/4 inches long. Though he was 6 weeks premature, he has tackled all hurdles he faced and is a strong fighter like his daddy. He spent only 6 days in the NICU and was released to us with no respiratory problems, while eating and growing strong. We praise God everyday for mine and the baby's healthy recovery. Dan and I want to thank all of our friends and family who extended their help, prayers, and love. We couldn't have done this without you!!!!! We love you all!
